These are our phone line opening times for bookings. Video calls themselves may take place outside these hours, but must be booked within them.
Outside these hours? Send a booking request and we'll pick it up as soon as the line opens. If you smell gas, ring the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 straight away.
